Gung Hay Fat Choy

Gung Hay Fat Choy means "Best wishes and congratulations! Have a prosperous and good year."

People who do too much sometimes don't make time for seasonal celebrations. However, there are small things that can be done, with mindfulness, to remember, honor and celebrate spiritual and secular events.

At the Chinese New Year, one can wear a bit of orange to symbolize good luck and joy. A small blossom, for longevitity and courage, can be pinned to the lapel or set in a small vase on your workspace. Poems or affirmations concerning prosperity and good health can be displayed.

For people who do too much, it only takes a moment of concentration to set in motion the universal energies.
